Description: Various small fixes, changes, and improvements that should make Podcatcher
(harbour-podcatcher) less fiddly to use.

Changes so far: revamped cover page, scrollable episodes lists, cleaned up
main page

Note: I will make a pull request upstream once I have enough time to clean
things up. Up until then, this will remain as a (code-wise probably ugly and
hackish) patch.
