Description: Fixes lipstick getting stuck at ~15% CPU (single core) after a notification with action buttons (e.g. the screenshot notification) has been shown.

Cause of the bug: The action row fades its buttons with a render-thread FadeAnimator, which never finishes once the popup is hidden, so lipstick keeps ticking the animation on every vsync.

Fix: This patch replaces the FadeAnimator with a FadeAnimation.
