Description: The patch adds a menu entry to the top menu's settings menu for toggling the floating screenshot button.

This is useful if you don't want to add yet another shortcut to the top menu but you still want to use the floating screenshot button.

Never heard of this button? That's no surprise: the feature is only accessible through a top menu shortcut - and easily overlooked.
