Description: This patch allows to configure how many rows are shown when the app launcher is closed.

The launcher hint is shown when tapping empty space on the "desktop" view. Normally, only the top most row of app icons in the launcher is being shown.

The number of rows can be configured on the settings page. You do not have to restart any services for a changed setting to take effect.
