Description: Workaround for randomly broken swipes on the right (probably not only) side of screen introduced in sailfishos 4.2.0.x.

Seems to be related to PeekFilter filtering swipes when virtual keyboard is shown. Still issue happens no matter virtual keyboard is shown or not. Because of random nature of this bug and lack of PeekFilter sources, it must be confirmed whether patch doesn't make typing on virtual keyboard harder.
