Patches the Mozilla userCSS file at `/usr/share/jolla-email/chrome/content/content.css`. Please comment with your suggestions for improvement under the discussion link.
Note that this will not affect mails which come with their own CSS styling, nor will it change explicitly styled elements in HTML mail.
