Description: Adds a button to Topmenu to work around low-brightness issues on Xperia 10II and 10III devices.
The button will only appear if brightness is 1/4 of maximum, or lower.
It is intentionally large and high-contrast to increase chances of hitting it when brightness is low. This makes it a bit ugly, but hey, it's a hack!
Thanks to direc85, sledges, and the others for finding the issue and discovering the workaround.
