Description: Obsolete after SFOS 4.4.0.64 where they made this the default behaviour, but kept up here if someone needs it for any older version.

Disables switching between still/video mode with up/down swipe.
Instead opens settings overlay on swipe down.

Mode can be still changed by tapping on the buttons.
